Quick and easy assembly
The web walls are adjustable on the profile rails. Two PCBs are inserted into the outer adjustment grooves. The upper web wall is to be pressed against the PCBs and fixed with screws.
Stable and torision-resistant
The web walls are extremely stable due to the double-walled construction. In addition, the web wall can be stiffened by a mental tube in case of high mechanical and thermal stress.
Slot lock
To prevent damage to components when inserting PCBs into the magazine, unused guides can be covered by groove locks.
Standing on edge
Assembled PCBs must be stored horizontally before soldering. For this purpose, the magazines are set upright.
Stackable
The magazines are stackable due to fixing holes and pins at the outer corners.
Transport container
For transport, the magazines can be placed in standardised containers (600 x 400 mm or 400 x 300 mm). The retractable handles facilitate insertional and removal.
1. transport lock
A latch is fitted to the front and rear as standard. When lifted, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be pushed in or removed. When lifted again, the guides are locked.
2. screw terminals
The 600 series is a cost-effective variant. By loosening the four screw clamps, the web wall can be adjusted to the desired PCB width.
1. safety screw
The clamping of the toothed belt by a knurled screw prevents accidental adjustment of the moving side wall.
2. four precision spindles
For adjusting the movable side wall
3. transport lock
A latch is fitted to the front and rear as standard. When lifted, the latch moves outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be pushed in or removed. When the unit is lifted again, the guides are locked in place.
4. toothed belt
By pulling the toothed belt, the web walls are adjusted to the required PCb width.
1. toothed belt
For manual or automatic width adjustment
2. four precision spindles
For adjusting the movable side wall
3. transport lock
A latch is fitted to the front and rear as standard.
Automatic mode
When the loader is inserted, it is moved outwards by a wedge. When removed, the guide is locked again.
Manual operation
When lifting by hand, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. When lifted again, the guides are locked in place.
4. safety screw
The clamping of the toothed belt by a knurled screw prevents accidental adjusment of the moving web wall.
5. coupling disc
For motorised width adjusment
PCB magazines of the 800 series support automated production
A user report from the company Endress+Hauser
HEKTOR 2 cuts outline-milled PCBs gently and quickly. Bars are cut out cleanly and smoothly.
The compact MAESTRO 2 seperates PCBs quickly and economically. It requires only a small working area.
The MAESTRO 3E depanelling machine separates both small and large depanelling boards. The support table and the tray are infinitely adjustable to the best working position.
Both small and large panels are separated quickly, economically and stress-free with the MAESTRO 4S.
It can be used economically when large quantities of prescored PCBs have to be separated.
Cutting of pre-scored PCBs uo to 1,500 mm in length with minimum stress on the components. The carriage drive is located directly behind the linear blade. This makes cutting and removing the PCBs much easier.
