THE TECHMAN ROBOT

Intelligent Camera System

The TM Robot has an integrated intelligent camera system, which provides object recognition, barcode identification, remote detection and other camera functions. With the integrated vision system and advanced features, TM is the smartest and most user-friendly Cobot in the world.

Use Your Hands

Stressful and time-consuming programming is a thing of the past! You can comfortably move to any position of your application by hand and adjust the movement radius to your requirements.

Safety = TM Robot

Protective fences or cells are not necessary. The user can individually configure the security settings of the TM robot according to the working environment. The robot stops automatically when it detects a collision - a real Cobot.

SMART

Traditional add-on camera systems are complicated, time-consuming and cost-intensive.

The TM5-700 robot combines functions of the hand, eye and brain in a single system based on the human body.

The integrated camera system enables the TM5-700 robot to recognize reference points and to adjust its position independently and fully automatically. COBOT TM5-900

Der Roboter TM5-900 basiert auf dem TM5-700 und ermöglicht eine höhere Reichweite bei geringerer Traglast. Auch der TM5-900 vereint Funktionen ähnlich der des menschlichen Körpers der Hand, des Auges und des Gehirns in einem System.

Das integrierte Kamerasystem ermöglicht dem Roboter TM5-900 u.a. Referenzpunktmarkierungen zu erkennen und anhand dieser Information die Position selbständig und automatisch anzupassen. Soldering

Techman robots combined with innovative robot soldering heads: the latest soldering technologies in a single system. Intelligent feeding technology paired with a powerful soldering head and a high degree of flexibility ensure reliable and repeatable processing in contact soldering.

The field of application: Robot soldering is a comprehensive solution in soldering technology. There are almost no limits to the processing of the most demanding soldering tasks. The robot arms combined with the appropriate soldering head are highly recommended and particularly suitable for pin soldering on PCBs i.a. for the electronics industry.

Soldering

Techman robots combined with innovative robot soldering heads: the latest soldering technologies in a single system. Intelligent feeding technology paired with a powerful soldering head and a high degree of flexibility ensure reliable and repeatable processing in contact soldering.

TMFLOW PROGRAMMING

The graphical representation of the function blocks in a flow chart is the core of TM robot programming and allows easy and intuitive configuration of the command chains.
The Techman's operating system is Microsoft Windows, so the user interface can be installed directly on the robot or on another terminal device.
Using Drag & Drop, the individual function blocks are dragged into the flow chart and set up as required.

No detailed programming knowledge is required to create the command chains - even the camera can be set up within minutes.
Within a very short time the robot is ready for operation!
