ESD-basistraining - Waar gaat deze cursus over?

In onze ESD basiscursus leer je alle belangrijke terminologie en gedragsregels met betrekking tot ESD bescherming en elektrostatische ontlading. Onze ESD expert Dirk Schwenner zal je aan de hand van verschillende voorbeelden de verschillende mogelijke gevaren van elektrostatische ontlading laten zien en uitleggen hoe je deze kunt vermijden.

De volgende belangrijke vragen komen aan bod in deze online training

  • Wat zijn belangrijke termen in verband met ESD?
  • Hoe ontstaat elektrostatische ontlading en hoe werkt het?
  • Hoe is een EPA (ESD-beschermingszone) opgebouwd?
  • Welke gedragsregels moeten worden nageleefd in een EPA?
  • Wat zijn procesrelevante isolatoren?
  • Welke verpakking en kleding beschermen tegen ESD?

De verschillende scenario's die kunnen leiden tot elektrostatische ontlading en dus schade aan bijvoorbeeld gevoelige elektronische componenten worden geïllustreerd met duidelijke beelden en videomateriaal. Daarnaast geven de gedetailleerde audio-opnames (gesproken door Dirk Schwenner), die parallel aan elk onderdeel van de cursus beschikbaar zijn, alle belangrijke details en informatie.

De snelheid waarmee de online cursus wordt gegeven, kan individueel en naar behoefte worden gekozen om alle deelnemers zoveel mogelijk specialistische kennis over het onderwerp ESD bij te brengen. Dit wordt gecontroleerd aan het einde van de online cursus door middel van een vragenlijst - indien nodig is het mogelijk om de cursusinhoud nogmaals te herhalen om zo goed mogelijk voorbereid te zijn op de vragen.

Als je de online cursus, inclusief de vragenlijst, met succes hebt afgerond, ontvang je van ons een persoonlijk certificaat dat je deelname aan de ESD-basiscursus bevestigt.

ESD herhalingscursus - Waar gaat deze cursus over?

Onze ESD-opfriscursus bouwt voort op de basis ESD-training en herhaalt in detail alle belangrijke gebieden en relevante gedragsregels in een ESD-beschermingszone. Er wordt ook aandacht besteed aan de mogelijkheden om elektrostatische ontlading te genereren en te vermijden. Onze ESD-expert Dirk Schwenner legt alle behandelde onderwerpen uit via gedetailleerde audio-opnames, samen met visuele inhoud in de vorm van afbeeldingen en video's direct voor elk onderwerp.

De verschillende scenario's die elektrostatische ontlading en dus schade aan bijvoorbeeld gevoelige elektronische componenten kunnen veroorzaken, worden in deze online cursus intensiever behandeld - tegelijkertijd worden de mogelijkheden om gevaren veroorzaakt door ESD te vermijden herhaald en gedemonstreerd.

Net als bij onze andere online trainingen volgt het tempo van de training de deelnemers, zodat de online cursus zo individueel mogelijk en naar behoefte kan worden uitgevoerd. Ons doel is om alle deelnemers een zo breed mogelijk scala aan ESD-expertise te bieden en dit door herhaling te consolideren. Aan het einde van de online cursus is er een eindquiz met vragen over alle in deze cursus behandelde inhoud beschikbaar voor een persoonlijke beoordeling van de leerinhoud. Indien gewenst is er ook de mogelijkheid om de cursusinhoud nogmaals te herhalen om je zo goed mogelijk voor te bereiden op het werken in een EPA en de juiste omgang met ESD.

Zodra je de online training, inclusief de vragenlijst, met succes hebt afgerond, ontvang je van ons een persoonlijk certificaat. Dit bevestigt tevens uw succesvolle deelname aan de ESD herhalingscursus.

Special Care in ESD Protected Areas

In an ESD protected area, people working there must comply with specific rules of conduct to prevent damage - particularly to ESD-sensitive electronic components - caused by electrostatic discharge. For effective ESD protection, it is essential to raise employee awareness of ESD so that the necessity of protective measures is understood and consistently followed. To protect against damaging ESD in the electronics manufacturing industry, international experts have developed standards that define the fundamental principles of ESD protection. Our training program strictly follows the standards IEC 61340-5-1:2007 and the German version DIN EN 61340-5-1.

Please note: Each participant requires their own account with an individual email address and password. Multiple courses can be stored within one account, but they are accessible exclusively to that participant. It is not possible to assign multiple course accesses for different participants to a single account. Each participant therefore requires a unique email address. Participant information is used to ensure the smooth delivery of the training and the correct issuance of certificates and is transmitted securely via SSL encryption and, of course, treated confidentially.

Invoice for My Order

After successfully booking an online course, you will receive an invoice together with the order confirmation by email. In addition, you can access and download all invoices at any time in your personal account under “Transactions.”

Technical Requirements

All online courses we offer can be completed directly in your web browser - no additional software or installations on your device are required. All courses are also optimized for mobile devices and can be conveniently completed on a smartphone or tablet.

In general, we recommend using speakers or headphones, as our courses include audio narration. Our experts provide many valuable insights and explain the covered topics in a clear and detailed manner.

Individual Booking of an Online Training Course

If you would like to personally expand or deepen your ESD expertise, booking an online training course individually is the right choice. After completing the order process, you will receive immediate access to the course you selected. The course will be available directly in your account, allowing you to start the training right away.

Purchase Multiple Access Codes for an Online Training Course

If you require multiple training accesses for your team, department, or company, you can purchase the desired number of accesses in the form of codes with just one order. Select the appropriate course option for multiple participants or click the “Book now” button in the course overview. You will then be redirected to the order page of the selected course. There, you can enter the number of accesses you need - up to 75 codes can be purchased with a single order. After completing the order, you will receive the codes by email together with the order confirmation. The codes can be used and redeemed immediately.

Where can I redeem my access code?

The codes are redeemed via the link included in the confirmation email, which will take you to the order page of the respective online training course. Alternatively, you can access the relevant order page using the following links:

Redeeming codes: Simply activate the field “Have a voucher code?”, enter the code, fill in your name and email address, and click the “Get for free” button. You will receive a confirmation email at the specified address and can log in to your account directly using the link provided. The course will then be available in your account. Please note: For each code and each participant, a personal account with a name and email address must be created. This is required for individual code redemption and for issuing the personal certificate. No additional information is required.

My Account

All online training courses and programs you have purchased are stored in your personal account and can be accessed there at any time and from anywhere. You will also find your personal certificates for each completed online training course in the product overview of your account.

Course Access Period

All courses have a maximum access period of 12 months from the date of purchase - this applies to individual bookings. For access codes, the 12-month validity period begins on the day the code is redeemed.

Personal Certificate

After completing a course, you will receive your personal certificate confirming and certifying your successful participation in the respective online training. The certificate is issued in your name and contains all relevant certification details. This includes, among other things, confirmation that the applicable requirements and regulations have been observed and complied with upon completion of the course.
