Optimum® PTFE-coated dispensing needles control wicking to stop dripping. By providing fast, clean tear-offs, they increase productivity and reduce material waste.
Ideal for particle-filled materials and optical media applications, these dispensing tips also eliminate potential clogs for more accurate dispensing.
The unique SafetyLok™ hub threads ensure secure attachment to the cartridge barrel. Each hub is designed to fit flush with the teardown to ensure smooth fluid flow and eliminate air entrapment. Each hub is also manufactured and quality tested to be free of mold flash - plastic parts that can block fluid flow and cause uneven deposits.
All Optimum dispensing tips are manufactured in the USA in silicone-free facilities to prevent fluid contamination and are certified for industrial use.
Tip hubs are color-coded by size to help identify the meter or inside diameter. Tips are also packaged in transparent boxes to facilitate inventory control - with lot numbers, part numbers and other information clearly labeled for better process control and traceability.
