Preheating Kit 120V, for PCBs up to 51 x 61 cm / 20 x 24"

Essential for preventing thermal shock on multilayer PCBs during rework.
This is a complete system consisting of a preheater and a PCB carrier for preheating large printed circuit boards, such as communication boards, aircraft components, etc., and is ideal for repetitive soldering work. It offers a heating surface of 510 x 610 mm / 20.07 x 24 in. with 6 independent working zones (255 x 203 mm / 10.04 x 8 in.) that can be turned on or off.
Unmatched reliability in temperature accuracy and control of the PCBA, ensuring that no component is damaged.
It features three operating modes:

Power mode allows operation at a fixed power level with the option to use a protective thermocouple.
Temperature mode maintains the PCB at a specific temperature using a control thermocouple and, optionally, a protection thermocouple.
Profile mode allows control of the PCBA’s heating rate using a control thermocouple and a protective thermocouple, without exceeding the recommended limits for each application. It offers 22 customizable profiles.

Up to eight thermocouples can be connected, allowing the operator to work in any of the three operating modes.
Thanks to its many adjustable components and its three adjustable spacing positions—28, 38, or 48 mm / 1.1, 1.5, or 1.9 in—the PHXLS Support adapts perfectly to any type of PCB.
