Smart
Traditional add-on camera systems are complicated, time-consuming and cost-intensive. TM offers a SMART solution with just one software, ready for immediate use. A pick & place task with automatic part recognition via the camera system is created in just a few minutes.

The revolutionary user interface with the unique TMflow programming is so simple that, with a little experience, commissioning can be carried out without lengthy training. The TM control unit is based on the Windows operating system. Simply connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse - and you're done.

Soldering applications
Techman robotic arms combined with innovative robotic soldering heads: The latest soldering technologies in just one system. Intelligent feeding technology paired with a powerful soldering head and a high degree of flexibility ensure reliable and repeatable processing in contact soldering. The area of application: Robot soldering is a comprehensive solution in soldering technology.
There are practically no limits to the processing of the most demanding soldering tasks. The robot arms together with the appropriate soldering head are highly recommended and particularly suitable for pin soldering on printed circuit boards for the electronics industry.
Screwing applications
Techman robotic arms perform numerous different screwdriving tasks - quickly and precisely. The corresponding points at which a screw is to be screwed in are detected with maximum precision either by camera and landmark or using predefined coordinates.
The plug & play screwdriving unit ideally picks up the screw from the automatic screw dispenser. A corresponding additional module can be customised as part of a complete solution, for example as a robot cell, and integrated into a production line.
Dispensing applications
Precise and efficient: Automation solutions from Techman Robot are the first choice when looking for an innovative way to carry out dosing tasks fully automatically and with the exact quantities of material. Thanks to Plug & Play, a corresponding dosing unit can also be easily installed on the robot arm for this application.
Of course, modular robot cells are also available for dispensing applications. For a completely autonomous mode of operation, these can be combined with a modular cell with a transport unit, for example - when setting up the modules, you can focus entirely on the requirements of your production.

The graphical representation of the function blocks in a flow chart is the core of TM robot programming and enables simple and intuitive configuration of the command chains.
