The SportLine upper material is a fabric made of textile fibers and combines various advantages. The fabric is particularly permeable to air, has a breathable effect and is therefore very comfortable to wear. It is also water-repellent, quick-drying and hard-wearing thanks to its hydrophobic properties. ATLAS® combines the latest technologies with the anatomical needs of every wearer. The new INNOFLEX SYSTEM® is a holistic running sole concept and supports the runner in every phase of movement. From the first to the last contact with the ground, the sole complex is permanently guided along the same natural force distribution line, the INNOFLEX LINE. It optimally guides the forces from the heel to the toe and thus supports the natural line of force progression. Special areas such as the CLOUDZONE in the heel are responsible for the corresponding energy absorption, i.e. cushioning. The large-format tread surfaces, which are equipped with MPU® material that is particularly energy-absorbent, absorb the energy and return it to the movement sequence in a targeted manner. This guarantees fatigue-free walking throughout the working day. With the puncture-resistant XP® technology, ATLAS® offers an innovative system to protect the foot against sharp objects such as nails. A high-tech textile material containing aramid fibers is used for this purpose. This means that increased safety is not at the expense of comfort, as the textile is metal-free, extremely light and supports the natural torsion of the foot.

The anatomically shaped steel toe cap protects the foot in the toe area from impacts of at least 200 joules and a compressive load of at least 15 kN, in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2012. Especially when kneeling, signs of wear can occur in the toe area of the shoe after some time. These can be significantly reduced with the help of the abrasion-resistant MPU toe protection, thus increasing the service life of the shoe. Temperature-regulating properties are not only required, but expected, especially in everyday working life with high physical exertion. The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. The aktiv-X functional lining has a moisture-regulating effect and ensures that the shoes dry quickly. It does not stain, is skin-friendly and abrasion-resistant.
