The SafeGuard ESD table mat in elegant gray, with the dimensions 600 x 900 x 2 mm and 2x 10mm press stud, is an indispensable work tool in electronics production. Its outstanding properties make it an incomparable product: heat and solder resistance ensure that it can also be used as a soldering mat. It is also resistant to chemicals and oil, while its temperature resistance extends up to 750°C. The permanently elastic mat remains flat without rolling up and is extremely abrasion-resistant.
Thanks to the two-layer ESD technology (dissipative and conductive and a surface resistance of 10⁶ to 10⁷ Ohm in accordance with EN 61340-2-3), it provides effective protection against electrostatic discharge. The anti-reflective surface minimizes reflections and thus facilitates precise work. The mat is also RoHS-compliant and therefore offers maximum safety for your electronics production.
