Solder wire Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7, 0.75 mm, C3+, lead-free, 500 g

This solder wire from Tamura Elsold was developed for professional applications in electronics manufacturing, service, and demanding repair soldering. The lead-free Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7 (SAC0307) alloy offers excellent solderability, high reliability, and stable electrical connections. Thanks to its 0.75 mm diameter, the solder wire is particularly suitable for precise hand soldering and fine electronic assemblies.

The halogen-free C3+ flux ensures optimal wetting of the solder joints and promotes clean, reproducible soldering results. The flux residues are designed to be “no-clean,” which often eliminates the need for additional cleaning. The micro-alloyed MA-S technology also increases oxidation resistance and improves process reliability during longer soldering operations.
