ZAP+ Flex Digital Microscope
If we had to describe the ZAP+ in one word, it would be “customization.”
One advantage is that you can choose between different mounting options to create a custom configuration that precisely meets your needs.
A second advantage is that, as your needs change, you can customize the ZAP+ with additional features and software. This ensures that it evolves with you, rather than requiring you to invest in a new microscope.
Brighter and more vivid images with a new camera:
The ZAP+ is equipped with a new camera that features an extended dynamic range. This makes details on reflective surfaces, solder joints, and objects with varying contrasts clearly visible, while requiring fewer manual adjustments compared to earlier ZAP models.
The new camera, shown in the image above, also offers improved color reproduction and higher sensitivity. The result is brighter images with less image noise, as well as more natural and reliable colors.
A faster image processor also enables quicker adjustments to settings and ensures more efficient inspection workflows overall.
Why should I choose the ZAP FLEX?
When using the ZAP FLEX, you can adjust the working height and depth to accommodate a wide variety of different samples. In addition, you can switch between low and high magnification simply by swapping out the objectives.
Choosing the ZAP FLEX not only offers you tremendous flexibility in terms of the samples you can examine. With the ZAP FLEX, you can also install the microscope on conveyor belts or in other hard-to-reach locations. You can even lock the vertical movement to ensure that your sample is always in focus—even if you move the microscope back and forth when it’s not in use.
Note: The ZAP FLEX comes with a VESA mount and handles for easy positioning of the camera head.
• With the ZAP+, you can choose from several mounting options to create a custom solution that can be adapted as your needs change
