ESD extraction kit FAE1-2K1D for soldering fumes, for 1 workstation, 230 m³/h, 230 V
FAE is a highly effective solution for reducing exposure to soldering fumes. The extraction system is activated as soon as the device is lifted from the stand and only runs during the soldering process. This automatic activation reduces power consumption and extends the service life of the filter.
The flexible arm provides an airflow of 80 m³/h, optimizing extraction at a workbench while meeting industry standards and ensuring improved air quality.
Included in the scope of delivery:
• FAE1100 filter (FAE1110 pre-filter + HEPA H13 + activated carbon filter): a three-stage system that achieves a certified filtration performance of 99.95% and meets the requirements of the EN 1822 standard.
• FAE010: Suction hose connecting the FAE1 to the flexible arms FAE022 or FAE072.
• FAE072: Flexible arm designed to be attached to the worktable using a clamp.
• P405: Enables activation of the extraction system without connection to the JBC station.
