Zero Smog 4V extraction unit
The Zero Smog 4V extraction unit is easy to install and can be operated as a compact, centralized system. A powerful, maintenance-free turbine guarantees continuous smoke extraction with a maximum flow rate of up to 230 m3/h. The CFC function automatically regulates the fan speed and optimizes the required suction power, thereby reducing noise and energy consumption.
• Equipped with HEPA H13 particle filter and fine dust pre-filter F7
• The Constant Flow Control (CFC) function guarantees optimally regulated extraction for each individual workstation, regardless of the number of connected workstations
• Electronic filter control with visual and acoustic alarm function
• Low noise emission levels for quiet working areas
• Max. Fan output 230 m³/h
• RS232 port, can be controlled remotely via remote control (optional accessory) or via a PC with RS232 connection
• 4 castors for easy movement of the unit
• Particle filter H13 + gas filter (50% activated carbon + 50% potassium permanganate)
• Compatible nozzles: WX WT
• Maximum capacity: 1-4 workstations
• USB: Firmware updates, an efficiency test and a data log function can be carried out via the USB interface. The USB medium may be plugged in for a maximum of 2 minutes! The USB module is then switched off automatically.
