Neue JBC Lötstationen - Verbesserte Leistung und neue Funktionen

JBC gehört zu den führenden Herstellern professioneller Löttechnik für Elektronikfertigung, Entwicklung und Reparatur. Mit mehreren neuen Stationen erweitert der Hersteller sein Portfolio um Systeme mit verbesserter Leistung, neuen Bedienkonzepten und optimierter Integration mehrerer Werkzeuge.

DDE Lötstation - Zwei Werkzeuge gleichzeitig nutzen

Die neue DDE Station ist für den gleichzeitigen Betrieb von zwei Werkzeugen ausgelegt und eignet sich besonders für Arbeitsplätze, an denen verschiedene Lötprozesse parallel stattfinden.

Zu den wichtigsten Neuerungen gehören:

  • Schaltnetzteil für stabile Energieversorgung
  • Verbesserte thermische Leistung
  • Neuer Split-Screen-Modus bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung von zwei Werkzeugen
  • Anschluss für Fußschalter
  • Kompatibilität mit MSE-B, MVE-A und MNE-A
  • Keine Kompatibilität mit MSE-A

Durch die Möglichkeit, zwei Werkzeuge parallel zu betreiben, eignet sich die Station besonders für flexible Arbeitsplätze in Entwicklung, Reparatur und Fertigung.

DME Lötstation - Vier Werkzeuge an einer Station

Die DME Station ist für Arbeitsplätze ausgelegt, an denen mehrere Werkzeuge benötigt werden. Sie ermöglicht den Betrieb von bis zu vier Werkzeugen und bietet eine überarbeitete Bedienstruktur.

Wichtige Eigenschaften:

  • Schaltnetzteil
  • Verbesserte thermische Leistung
  • DDE-ähnliches Design mit einer 7-Tasten-Schnittstelle
  • Kein Touchscreen mehr
  • Neuer geteilter Bildschirm bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung von zwei oder mehr Werkzeugen
  • Pedalanschluss
  • Kompatibilität mit MSE-B, MVE-A und MNE-A
  • Keine Kompatibilität mit MSE-A

Damit eignet sich die Station besonders für komplexe Rework- oder Produktionsumgebungen.

B.IRON - Batteriebetriebenes Lötsystem

Das B.IRON System ist eine kabellose Lösung für Lötarbeiten mit hoher Bewegungsfreiheit. Die neue Generation bringt mehrere Verbesserungen bei Bedienung und Konnektivität.

Neues Tablet

  • 8,6-Zoll Glasdisplay
  • Schnellere und flüssigere Navigation
  • Verbesserter Multi-Werkzeug-Workflow
  • USB-C-Konnektivität

Neue B.IRON App v2.0

  • Schnellere Werkzeug-Verbindung
  • Verbesserte Navigation
  • Höhere Anpassungsgeschwindigkeit
  • Neue Zähler- und Werkzeug-Einstellungsfenster

Zusätzlich wurde das B.NANO Werkzeug verbessert. Ein integrierter Stiftclip erleichtert das Tragen und sorgt dafür, dass das Werkzeug jederzeit griffbereit bleibt.

JNA - Hochpräzise Heißluftstation

Mit der JNA Station erweitert JBC sein Portfolio im Bereich Heißluft-Rework.

Die Station beinhaltet die neue Pinzette HPT0C9SA, die speziell für feine Anwendungen entwickelt wurde. Sie ermöglicht das sichere Halten kleiner Bauteile und sorgt gleichzeitig für eine gute Sichtbarkeit während der Arbeit.

Diese Lösung eignet sich besonders für präzise Rework-Prozesse an empfindlichen Baugruppen.

NANE und NASE Stationen - Zwei Werkzeuge

Die NANE- und NASE-Stationen werden künftig mit der neuen Pinzette HPT0C9SA ausgeliefert.

Eine wichtige Änderung betrifft das Zubehör:

  • Das Pedal P405 ist nicht mehr im Lieferumfang enthalten
  • Das Pedal kann weiterhin separat als Zubehör bestellt werden

FAQ - Neue JBC Lötstationen

Warum bietet Weidinger nur die 230 V Varianten an?

Die 230 V Version entspricht der Standard-Netzspannung in Europa und lässt sich ohne zusätzliche Anpassungen in bestehende Arbeitsplätze integrieren. Andere Varianten sind über unseren Innendienst bestellbar.

Welche Station unterstützt zwei Werkzeuge gleichzeitig?

Die DDE Station ist für den parallelen Betrieb von zwei Werkzeugen ausgelegt.

Welche Station kann bis zu vier Werkzeuge betreiben?

Die DME Station ermöglicht den Anschluss von bis zu vier Werkzeugen.

Was ist neu am B.IRON System?

Ein neues Tablet mit größerem Display, eine verbesserte App sowie optimierte Werkzeugverbindungen.

Welche Neuerung gibt es bei der JNA Station?

Die Station enthält die neue Pinzette HPT0C9SA für präzise Arbeiten an kleinen Bauteilen.

Werden NANE und NASE Stationen weiterhin mit Pedal geliefert?

Nein. Das Pedal P405 ist nicht mehr im Lieferumfang enthalten und kann separat bestellt werden.
