Increases in quality in a company can only be achieved if your employees are sufficiently qualified. Therefore, together with our soldering expert and training manager Gangolf Götz from the RAFI Training Center and the Ausbildungsverbund Löttechnik Elektronik (AVLE), we offer customized, modular training sessions - tailored to today's requirements and developments in electronics production. Each module is added to the personal soldering operator's license after successful completion of the examination. Combined with the three-year recertification cycle, this guarantees each employer an ongoing qualification review. We currently offer modules 1 and 2 of the AVLE Soldering Operator's License, which can be booked directly online. The soldering training will take place in our new training center in Gernlinden. Please note: The soldering training will be conducted in German.

The AVLE - Ausbildungsverbund Löttechnik Elektronik - is an association of the companies RAFI, Hannusch, Zollner and Ersa from the fields of mechanical and equipment engineering, electronics production and research & development. The aim of this alliance is to improve the quality, reliability and reproducibility of manual soldering joints. AVLE training is tailored to the current requirements of electronics production and is constantly adapted to the latest developments. Adequate standards - such as IPC-A-610 - are evaluation bases for soldering results.
