ESD ARBEITS- UND SICHERHEITSSCHUHE S3
Sicherheitsschuhe der Schutzklasse S3 sind in vielen Arbeitsbereichen vorgeschrieben. Sie bieten zuverlässigen Schutz gemäß EN ISO 20345 und sind mit einer Stahlkappe (200 Joule Stoßfestigkeit) sowie einer durchtrittsicheren Sohle ausgestattet. Zusätzlich sind sie wasserabweisend und somit auch für den Einsatz in feuchten Umgebungen geeignet.
In Bereichen mit empfindlichen elektronischen Bauteilen ist es wichtig, elektrostatische Entladungen durch ESD-Arbeitsschuhe sicher abzuleiten. Deshalb sind einige der Sicherheitsschuhe ESD konform. Viele Modelle verfügen zudem über reflektierende Elemente, um die Sichtbarkeit bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen zu erhöhen.
Sicherheitsschuhe S1, S2 und S3 – Wo liegen die Unterschiede?
Sicherheitsschuhe werden in verschiedene Schutzklassen unterteilt, je nach Anforderungen am Arbeitsplatz. S1-Schuhe verfügen über eine Zehenschutzkappe, sind antistatisch und haben eine energieabsorbierende Ferse. Sie sind jedoch nicht wasserabweisend und eignen sich daher für trockene Innenbereiche. S2-Schuhe bieten zusätzlich ein wasserabweisendes Obermaterial, und behalten die Eigenschaften von S1 bei. Eine durchtrittsichere Sohle fehlt hier jedoch. S3-Sicherheitsschuhe kombinieren alle diese Merkmale: Sie sind antistatisch, wasserabweisend, durchtrittsicher und besitzen eine profilierte Laufsohle für besseren Halt. Damit bieten sie den umfassendsten Schutz.
Funktionalität und Tragekomfort
Neben Schutz und Langlebigkeit spielt auch der Komfort eine entscheidende Rolle. Unsere bequemen S3 Sicherheitsschuhe sind mit dämpfenden Sohlen ausgestattet, die den Fuß auch bei langen Tragezeiten entlasten. Die Zertifizierung nach DGUV 112-191 ermöglicht sogar die Verwendung von orthopädischen Einlagen. Eine gute Feuchtigkeitsregulierung sorgt dafür, dass das Schuhklima angenehm bleibt.
Wer viel in Bewegung ist, greift zu sportlichen Sicherheitsschuhen, die eine flexible Sohle und eine ergonomische Passform bieten. Außerdem kann man dann auch metallfreie Modelle wählen, da diese leichter und bequemer sind. Des Weiteren gibt es auch Sicherheitsschuhe S3 für Damen. Sie sind an die weibliche Fuß Form angepasst und oft etwas schmaler geschnitten.
