Would you like to return goods or send them in for repair?

Here you will find all the important information for smooth and speedy processing - both nationally and internationally.

Please note: Returns without prior approval cannot be processed or returned.

Please register every return or repair shipment via our contact form. Processing is only possible after approval by our service team. Our team will contact you promptly.

Returns and repairs from Germany and the EU

  • Returns only with a fully completed and signed returns note
  • For repairs, please also specify a contact person for technical queries
  • Pack goods securely and properly for transport (original packaging in outer carton)
  • Enclose a returns note with the consignment (inside)
  • The sender bears the shipping costs
  • Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted
  • Customised products and explosion-proof items are excluded from returns

Returns and repairs from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland)

  • A copy of the invoice must be visibly attached to the outside of the consignment for customs purposes
  • As soon as the goods are ready for collection, please send us the following information by email
    • Collection address
    • Contact person for outgoing goods with telephone number
    • Quantity, weight and dimensions of the consignment, returns note and copy of invoice (attached visibly on the outside)
  • We will organise collection within two working days. The driver will bring the shipping label
  • After incoming goods inspection, further processing takes place as agreed
  • In the event of justified complaints, we will cover the transport costs
