Terms of payment
Credit card
Payment by credit card is available in all EU countries as well as Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
Invoice
Payment via invoice is possible in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
Prepayment
Payment in advance is possible in all countries.
Shipping conditions
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and shipping address. Shipping within Germany is from 8,22 €. For deliveries abroad, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and other fees.
Free shipping
Shipping within Germany and Austria is free of charge for webshop orders with a value of €500 or more (except for forwarding goods, which are not free of shipping costs).
Shipping by forwarding agent
Transport by a forwarding agent is carried out without a lifting platform as standard. The goods must be unloaded on site by the customer using appropriate equipment.
Surcharges
Surcharges are calculated depending on the payment method and shipping address and are displayed in the shopping basket.
Minimum quantity surcharge
A minimum quantity surcharge is levied if the value of the goods:
EU: less than 35€.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein: less than CHF 35.
Third country: less than 300€.
Bank surcharge
A bank surcharge is levied on payment in advance for third countries (excluded: Switzerland and Liechtenstein).
