Measurement technology

The ESD measuring devices meet the requirements of ESD standard 61340-5-1. For surfaces (ESD tables, ESD floors, etc.), resistance measurements up to max. 1 TerraOhm (TOhm) with a test voltage of 100V are required.
ESD measuring instruments are available as individual devices, as system devices with the corresponding probes, or as a component in an audit case. In addition to the ESD measuring device, audit cases contain other measuring devices that serve to check for a possible electrostatic charge, as well as for checking ionisers and measuring body voltages with the help of a walking test.
The measuring devices are intended for simple control, for standard-compliant measurements or for verification and are partly available with interfaces and software.
