Das JBC Stickstoff-Zubehör ist speziell für Lötprozesse konzipiert, die Stickstoffunterstützung erfordern. Stickstoff-Lötkolben und das entsprechende Zubehör sorgen für eine kontrollierte Atmosphäre während des Lötens und verbessern die Qualität von Lötstellen, indem sie Oxidation verhindern. Dieses Zubehör bietet eine hohe Kompatibilität mit JBC-Lötstationen und unterstützt präzise Lötprozesse.
Zu den Produkten gehören:
- Stickstoff-Lötkolben wie der T210-NA und T245-NA, die eine präzise Stickstoffzufuhr direkt zur Lötspitze ermöglichen, was besonders bei empfindlichen Bauteilen von Vorteil ist.
- Ablageständer für die Lötkolben T210, T245 und T470, die eine sichere und ergonomische Lagerung der Werkzeuge während des Lötens ermöglichen.
- Stickstoff-Mess- und Regelsysteme wie das KN-B und KNE-B, die in Verbindung mit DI-, DDE-, DME- und HDE-Steuereinheiten eine genaue Steuerung des Stickstoffdurchflusses gewährleisten.
- Stickstoff-Durchflussregler wie der MN-A und MNE-A, die für eine präzise Einstellung des Stickstoffflusses in den verschiedenen JBC-Steuereinheiten sorgen.
- Stickstoff-Generator GN-A, der eigenständig Stickstoff für den Einsatz in Stickstoff-Lötprozessen erzeugt und so eine externe Stickstoffquelle überflüssig macht.
- Düsen der N-Serie, die auf die jeweiligen Handstücke (T210-NA, T245-NA, T470N) abgestimmt sind und in verschiedenen Durchmessern für unterschiedliche Anwendungen verfügbar sind.
Dieses Zubehör gewährleistet eine optimierte Lötqualität, insbesondere bei empfindlichen Bauteilen oder in Umgebungen, in denen eine Oxidation vermieden werden muss. JBC bietet damit eine umfassende Lösung für Stickstoffunterstützte Lötprozesse in der Elektronikfertigung.
