Welche Zange passt zu meiner Aufgabe?
Zangen müssen für viele verschiedene Aufgaben und Anwendungen konzipiert sein. Unsere Hersteller legen großen Wert auf die Qualität ihrer Produkte, damit diese den Anforderungen im alltäglichen Gebrauch standhalten können. Um Aufgaben wie Greifen, Sichern, Biegen oder Schneiden mit niedrigstem Aufwand bewältigen zu können, bieten Bahco, Knipex oder Wiha auch Zangen-Sets an.
Woraus werden Zangen hergestellt?
Grundsätzlich werden meist Chrom-Vanadium-Stahl, Kohlenstoffstahl oder andere gehärtete Stahllegierungen zur Fertigung von erstklassigen Zangen verwendet. Dies gewährleistet eine starke Beanspruchung ohne Beschädigung der Oberflächen und Schnittkanten. Das Verhindern von Korrosion sorgt ebenfalls für das Erhalten der Stärke der Klingen. Mit Griffvariationen, wie beispielsweise Soft-Grip, kann die Nutzbarkeit von unterschiedlichen Zangentypen nochmal gesteigert und vereinfacht werden.
Gängige Zangentypen:
- Schneidezangen: Werden zum Durchtrennen von Drähten und Kabeln benutzt. Je nach Anwendung gibt es spezifische Varianten (Seiten-, Kopf- und Schrägschnitt) dieser Zange.
- Spitzzangen: Können vielseitig eingesetzt werden. Für Aufgaben wie das Biegen und Crimpen sind diese besonders gut geeignet.
- Kombizange: Dabei handelt es sich um eine Kombination aus eingebautem Schneidewerkzeug in eine funktionelle Rund-, Spitz- oder Flachzange. So kann das Multitool für verschiedene Anwendungen genutzt werden.
- Wasserpumpen – oder Rohrzangen: Der Zangenkopf kann ausgezogen und verstellt werden, sodass er sich an jede Form anpassen kann.
- Sicherungsringzangen: Werden für das Anbringen und Entfernen von Innen-/Sicherungsringen verwendet.
