EIN REINRAUM BEDARF HOHER STANDARDS
In einem Reinraum haben Sicherheit, Qualität und Hygienestandards oberste Priorität. Diese Ansprüche sollten auch die Sitzmöbel, die ihre Mitarbeiter nutzen, erfüllen. Unsere Reinraumstühle haben viele Besonderheiten und Vorteile, die das Arbeiten in einem Reinraum erheblich erleichtern.
Durch die ständige Luftverwirbelung durch die Filteranlagen entsteht eine hohe Partikellast in der Luft. Die besonders glatten Oberflächen der Reinraumstühle sorgen dafür, dass sich die aufgewirbelten Partikel dort nicht ablagern können.
Ebenfalls werden Oberflächenbezug und Polster durch eine spezielle Technik fest miteinander verbunden. Dieses Verfahren nennt man Hinterschäumtechnik. So soll jegliche Partikelemission vermieden werden.
Eine Partikelabgabe nach außen wird durch eine geschlossene Konstruktion der Sitz- und Rückenlehnen verhindert. Das Konzept der Einstellhebel ist so ausgelegt, dass diese ebenfalls keine Partikelablagerung zulassen.
Der Materialmix ist entscheidend
Alle verwendeten Materialien sowie Rollen oder Standfüße müssen abriebfest sein. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, entsteht ein hohes Risiko der Partikelabgabe. Diese gefährdet die Mitarbeiter als auch die Produkte, an denen gearbeitet wird.
Aus diesem Grund ist Kunstleder ein häufig verwendetes Material für den Bezug der Lehnen. Neben Abriebfestigkeit bietet Kunstleder auch die Sicherheit, dass durch mehrschichtigen Aufbau keinerlei Fusselbildung möglich ist. Der Hauptbestandteil von Kunstleder ist haltbarer Kunststoff, der vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bietet. Durch die flexible Oberflächenstruktur können viele verschiedene Echtleder-Muster realitätsnah nachgeahmt werden.
