Automatisierte Löttechnik in der Produktion
Mit unseren namhaften Partnern im Bereich Robotik können wir alle Bereiche von Automation innerhalb der Produktion abdecken.
Eine automatisierte Lötanwendung bietet sich besonders in den Bereichen an, die sonst repetitives Löten von Hand nötig machen. Als Unterbau kann eine mobile oder Mini-Arbeitsstation dienen, deren integrierter Arbeitsbereich bspw. mit einem Lötspitzenmagazin und einer Reinigungseinheit ausgestattet werden kann. Die Steuerung des gesamten Verbunds kann im Inneren oder an der Arbeitsstation verstaut werden.
Die Zusammenarbeit von Mitarbeiter und Cobot steht bei dieser Lötanwendung im Mittelpunkt. Modulare Roboterzellen sind jedoch auch in anderen Anwendungsbereichen einsetzbar und können als autonome Einheit automatisch eigenständige Aufgaben übernehmen. Robotik und Automation im Bereich der Löttechnik stehen für maximale Flexibilität, Schnelligkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
