JBC Führungs-Kits zur automatischen Lötdrahtzuführung
Die Guide Kits sind essenzielle Ergänzungen für automatische Drahtzuführsysteme wie die SF-Serie von JBC. Sie leiten den Lötdraht sicher und exakt in die Fassung, reduzieren Schwankungen und sorgen für eine gleichmäßige Drahtversorgung. Das schützt angrenzende Bauteile und ermöglicht reibungslose Lötprozesse, insbesondere bei filigranen Arbeiten oder hohem Durchsatz.
Flexible Anpassung je nach Lötaufgabe
Die Kits sind in verschiedenen Durchmessern verfügbar (z. B. ∅0,5 mm), sodass sie optimal an den verwendeten Lötdraht und die Prozessanforderung angepasst werden können. Ein Wechsel auf einen anderen Führungssatz ist einfach und schnell möglich.
Ideal für automatische Drahtzufuhr-Systeme
Führungssätze wie der GSF05D sind mit Geräten der SF-Serie kompatibel, beispielsweise mit Führungen und Griffen wie dem SF280 Auto-Lötdrahtgriff. Diese Kombination automatisiert die Drahtzuführung und macht sie zuverlässig und präzise.
