ESD extraction arm system DN75 for wall/ceiling mounting, 3 joints, black, 1060 mm

Alsident® System 75 Antistatic is also approved for use in ESD/Ex areas (ATEX areas) according to the following standards: EN 80079-36-2016 and EN 80079-37-2016 and is therefore marked with: Ex II 1 GD. Alsident® System 75 Antistatic has therefore a ground wire mounted. For ESD areas, an earth lead with a 1MΩ resistor is also supplied.

• Extraction arm for wall and ceiling mounting
• Reach 1060 mm
• Recommended air volume: 80 to 180 m³/h
• Tube diameter: Ø75 mm
• Pipes and joints made of shock-resistant, conductive, chemically resistant polypropylene
• Maintenance-free, conductive O-rings
• Integrated throttle valve, which is in open position out of the air flow to ensure maximum air flow
• Threaded rods, springs and finger screws made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316L)
• Rivets made of conductive, chemically resistant polypropylene (PP) for increased durability even when used in aggressive environments
• Protective grids (accessories) available for the hoods to prevent the ingestion of foreign bodies
• Tested for use in ESD areas according to IEC 61340-5-1:2016
• Tested for use in ESD/Ex areas according to EN 80079-36:2016 and EN 80079-37:2016 according to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU with marking Ex II 1 GD
• The grounding cable for ESD - 1 MΩ safety resistance - or EX areas is included in delivery
• Disassembly without tools for cleaning
