ESD desoldering braid Pro-Wick®, 2.5 mm, blue, 1.5 m
For fast and efficient cleaning, the Rosin flux wetted desoldering braid 1811-5F with a width of 2.5 mm is ideal for the production/repair of printed circuit boards in large quantities. The desoldering braid is a flux wetted copper braid that is used to remove solder so that components can be replaced and excess solder removed. The soldering iron is placed on the braid - as soon as both have been brought to the correct temperature, the flux is activated. The capillary action of the braid draws the solder up the wire. Techspray desoldering braids are available on ESD-safe spools and are therefore suitable for use with ESD-sensitive components.
