SMD desoldering tweezers 2x20 W, 0450MDJ

The ERSA chip tool has been designed with ergonomics and precision in mind. With a large selection of SMD soldering tips, SMD chips from size 0201 to medium-sized PLCC can be removed safely and quickly.

The chip tool is supplied with the heat-optimized 0452MDLF tips. All 2-pin SMDs with side contacting can be processed quickly and efficiently with this mold. Anti-twist protection is also provided as standard. All tips for the SMD soldering and desoldering tweezers can be fitted with an alignment ring (E045600). This has a dowel pin that is inserted into a hole in the heat sink. If further soldering tips are planned, we recommend equipping them with the anti-twist protection. This saves time when changing tips. Each chip tool is supplied with the necessary Allen key. This is located at the head of the piston.

The SMD soldering and desoldering tweezers can be set to a maximum and minimum opening width to exactly match the component dimensions. This optimizes handling, especially when large quantities need to be processed. The fingers, hand and arm tire much more slowly.

The different shapes and dimensions of the soldering tips require an additional setpoint adjustment of the desired working temperature. For this purpose, the Digital 2000 A control station (0DIG203A) allows an identification number to be selected in the setup, which is set on the basis of a tip table. With a control unit from the i-CONxV ( 0IC113V 0IC223 ) or i-CON VARIO series ( 0ICV203A 0ICV203AP 0ICV403A), a plain text selection based on the article number is available.
