The JBC C245741 soldering tip with chisel geometry (2.4×0.6mm) is a high-quality replacement tip from the C245 series that has been specially developed for demanding soldering applications. With its optimized geometry, it offers a high thermal efficiency of up to 40% and thus enables precise work with minimal energy consumption.
This soldering tip is ideal for general soldering work, both for through-hole and SMD components. It shows its strengths particularly in applications with high performance requirements, such as the soldering of earthing surfaces. By using JBC's own heating technology and functions such as Sleep & Hibernation, the service life of the tip is extended considerably - up to five times longer than with conventional tips.
The C245741 is compatible with JBC's T245 soldering irons, including the T245-A (standard), T245-B (non-slip grip), T245-C (thermally insulated) and the T245-PA (blue) and T245-NA (nitrogen compatible) models.
