Desoldering tip DxP series, D: 0.64 / 1.8 mm
DxP-Desolder Tips are the standard desoldering tip range for the Metcal desolder series MFR-1150, MFR-1350, MFR-1351 and MFR-UK5. The second letter in the part number designates the temperature series. The temperature series DFP are nominally 390 ˚C. Metcal recommends the DFP-series for most applications. The Temperature series DCP are nominally 450 ˚C and are recommended for high temperature and thermally demanding applications. Can be used with leaded and lead-free solder. The Metcal "SmartHeat®-Technology" automatically adjusts power levels during each soldering operation.
