Flux 1025 NC

ELFLUX 1025 NC is a solvent-based, halogen and halide-free, organic no clean flux for use in wave soldering. ELFLUX 1025 NC is low in solids and resin-free, the boards are non-sticky and residue-free. Electrical testing using an in-circuit test is possible without any problems. The solder joints leave little residue, cleaning is not necessary. ELFLUX 1025 NC achieves high surface resistance values due to its low solids content.

• ELFLUX 1025 NC can be applied by spraying (ultrasound/air). • Consistently good results are achieved with ELFLUX 1025 NC in an air or nitrogen atmosphere.
• When selecting the process parameters, the guidelines of the system manufacturer and the requirements of the assemblies must be observed.
• The optimum preheating temperature for many PCBs is between 110-140 °C measured on the underside of the PCB.
• Classified according to DIN EN 61190-1-1 and IPC ANSI/J-STD-004 as ORL0. n.
