The HIGHSHIELD ESD air bubble bags from Warmbier offer reliable protection for electrostatically sensitive components. With dimensions of 190 x 250 mm and a 90 mm flap, they are suitable for components of different sizes. The three-layer construction combines a smooth outer side made of HIGHSHIELD film with a smooth, dissipative PERMASTAT® inner side, thus ensuring effective shielding against electrostatic discharges and fields.

The bags are weldable, recyclable and have a shielding effect of E < 5 nJoule with a typical surface resistance of 10⁹-10¹⁰ Ω on the inside and outside. These properties make them ideal for use in electronics production, repair and laboratories, where ESD protection is crucial. They reliably protect components against electrostatic damage during storage, transportation or handling.
