The ESD air cushion bag from WARMBIER offers optimum protection for electrostatically sensitive components during shipping or storage. Measuring 300 x 315 mm and with an additional 100 mm flap, it is ideal for medium-sized components.
The three-layer construction consists of smooth HIGHSHIELD shielding film on the outside with a discharge capacity of <15 nJ and PERMASTAT on the inside, which is also smooth and dissipative. This ensures both reliable electrostatic shielding and mechanical damping. The bags are weldable, recyclable and therefore environmentally friendly. The silver surface ensures high visibility and professional handling in storage and shipping.
