Operating mode:
• In order to enable axially wired components to be assembled quickly, they must be cut to the appropriate length and bent to the required grid before being inserted into the circuit board
• The setting is displayed on the relevant device scale
• The embossing for the connection pins is specific to the tool, and is implemented according to customer requirements
• The device can be retrofitted for the various tools.
• The component is inserted manually between the tools
• These are then actuated by means of a pneumatic foot switch
• The changeover for different cutting and grid dimensions takes less than a minute
(without tool)
