Optimum® plugs are precision molded from high-density polyethylene to fit perfectly into Nordson EFD cartridges and prevent air bubbles during filling and storage.
The precise fit allows for continuous and smooth piston operation and consistent results in fluid packaging and dispensing processes. Unique channels molded into the stopper vent trapped air and reduce or eliminate the need for centrifugation.
The double wiping edges of the stoppers eliminate liquid waste, reduce production costs and simplify the disposal of used cartridges.
