The JBC C120006 is a high-quality conically curved soldering tip with a cylinder diameter of 0.5 mm, which was specially developed for PA120 Micro Tweezers. This C120 series impresses with its exceptional durability and enables over 5 times longer service life compared to conventional tips - thanks to the optimized JBC heating system with sleep & hibernation functions, which guarantee immediate readiness for use and efficient heat management.
With this cartridge soldering tip, both SMD components and dual in-line components can be soldered particularly precisely and quickly. Its curved tip allows easy desoldering and soldering, significantly reduces handling times and thus increases efficiency in demanding rework tasks. With excellent heat transfer and instant heat-up, the C120006 delivers consistently stable soldering results - ideal for professional electronics manufacturing and repair.
The tip is supplied individually and is compatible with PA120 and AM120 tweezers for maximum flexibility. Technically, it is a C120 cartridge ("Cartridge Chip 0.5"), manufactured with high precision (Ø0.5mm, length 1.5mm). The ultra-light design (approx. 2g) ensures optimum handling without fatigue.
