Automatic cartridge stand for R245 soldering cartridges, compatible with TRA245 soldering unit

This Cartridge Stand is designed to be used in combination with the new Cartridges R245. The Cartridges Stand mechanism works with compressed air to fix and release the cartridges automatically. In order to facilitate the automatic cartridges fixation and release, the position of the Stand can be adjusted by pivoting up to 35° in both directions and can therefore be optimally adapted to the working position. It can be combined with the Automatic Soldering Iron TRA245 and the Control Box UCR245.

Gripper actuators:
The two gripper actuators work as a cartridge magazine providing the robot with the ability of using different tip geometries or automatically changing the cartridge when the one being used wears out.

Poka-yoke holder:
It allows placing the cartridges in a unique position on the holder to ensure tip position repeatability during soldering process.

Tilt adjustment:
The cleaning unit allows 70° tilt adjustment to facilitate tip cleaning with Cartesian and SCARA robots.
