Thanks to its heat and solder resistance, the SafeGuard ESD table mat is ideal for demanding soldering applications. The temperature resistance according to Glow wire test - IEC 60335-1:2010 up to 750°C and Needle Flame test according to IEC 60695-11 for up to 30 seconds guarantees maximum safety at high temperatures.
The chemical and oil resistance of the mat ensures long-term use, while its permanent elasticity and abrasion resistance ensure a long service life. Work comfortably and efficiently thanks to the anti-reflective surface, which minimizes distracting reflections.
The two-layer ESD desk mat combines dissipative and conductive properties for reliable dissipation of electrostatic charges. With a surface resistance of 10⁶ - 10⁷ Ohm in accordance with EN 61340-2-3, this mat meets the highest standards in electronics production.
