The equipment castor 253 100 02 5 K ELF is designed for reliable use on mobile equipment and workstations and offers a combination of high load-bearing capacity, smooth movement and electrical conductivity. With a wheel diameter of 100 mm and a tread width of 25 mm, it is suitable for use on different floor coverings and ensures smooth, controlled movement.

The thermoplastic rubber tread with a hardness of approx. 85 Shore A ensures good grip and quiet movement. The plastic rim in conjunction with an integrated ball bearing enables low rolling resistance and therefore easy maneuvering even under heavy loads. The galvanized sheet steel housing and the fork head with double-row ball and cage assembly ensure high stability and durability in daily use.

A particular advantage is the electrical conductivity with a discharge resistance of less than 10³ Ohm, which means that electrostatic charges can be reliably discharged. This makes the castor particularly suitable for applications in sensitive areas such as electronics production, laboratory environments or ESD-relevant workplaces. The integrated wheel lock ensures a secure footing, while the bolted wheel axle provides additional stability.

With a load capacity of up to 80 kg and fastening via a back hole with a diameter of 11 mm, the castor meets the requirements of DIN 12530 and is a robust, functional solution for professional applications.
