The ESD air cushion bag model 3351.300.300.100 from Warmbier combines mechanical protection with reliable electrostatic protection for sensitive components. With dimensions of 300 x 300 mm and a 100 mm flap, the bag offers sufficient space for components of different sizes.
The outside is made of smooth HIGHSHIELD shielding film, which reduces electrostatic discharges to below 15 nJ, while the inside is made of PERMASTAT material, which is smooth and dissipative to provide optimum protection for sensitive components. The three-layer construction is weldable, recyclable and provides additional mechanical stability against impact and pressure during transportation or storage.
The bag is ideal for use in electronics manufacturing, assembly, repair and laboratories, where both ESD protection and physical protection of components are crucial.
