This fire blanket is specially approved for commercial use, restaurants and canteen kitchens. With a size of 1.8 m x 1.6 m, the fire blanket is an effective means against a grease fire. The blanket extinguishes by suffocating the flames.
Note: No storage facility is included in the delivery. In order to comply with EN 1869: 21 for fire blankets, order the matching steel FIRE PROTECT fire blanket container (item no. 8898) in addition. Fire blankets according to EN 1869: Fire blankets are ideal for extinguishing fat fires and are therefore a must in every professional kitchen, and are also required by law for the commercial sector. You should be aware of these important key data on the fire blanket standard 1869:
