The JBC CD-2BQF is a Compact Series digital soldering station designed specifically for general electronics applications. With an output of 130 W, it offers precise temperature control and is therefore ideal for processing SMD and THT components. The station is supplied with the T245-A soldering handle, which is compatible with a wide range of C245 soldering tips. Optionally, the T210-A and T210-PA handles can also be used, further increasing the versatility of the station.
An outstanding feature of the JBC CD-2BQF is the intelligent heating system, which enables a fast heat-up time. The soldering tip reaches 350°C in just 2 seconds, which significantly increases the efficiency of soldering processes. Thanks to the fully integrated temperature sensor, extremely fast temperature recovery is guaranteed. The compact heating element optimizes heat transfer by reducing thermal barriers.
The soldering station has intelligent sleep and hibernation modes that can extend the service life of the soldering tips by a factor of five. In sleep mode, the temperature of the soldering tip drops to a preset value while it remains in standby mode. After a long period of inactivity, the station switches off completely and the soldering tip cools down to room temperature. These functions not only help to extend the service life of the soldering tips, but also to save energy and increase efficiency.
The JBC CD-2BQF is also ESD-safe and offers a USB interface for software updates and data transfers. This enables easy integration into existing production environments and ensures that the soldering station always remains at the cutting edge of technology.
