Replacement jaws plastic ribbed/Klett 50mm (pair)

The 50 mm jaws consist of a ribbed plastic surface with pressure lock and are designed to be clamped to our ball joint vice 9-205-K. The ribbed surface provides a strong and secure grip.
The ribbed surface provides a strong hold and good fixation of the parts and components to be machined. The pressure lock is a type of Velcro tape with very stable and precise fixation. By simply pressing together - whereby small mushroom heads interlock - a very firm but removable connection is created. The pressure fastener can be crossed, staggered or overlapped. It provides a permanent mechanical fastening that will not loosen even with sustained jarring movements.
In contrast to a Velcro fastener, this quickly releasable connection is characterised by high shear strength. The self-adhesive backing adheres immediately with excellent final tack, even at high temperatures and on rough surfaces. PLASTIC (PP) ribbed surface. PRESSURE SEALING = over 1,000 sealing cycles, material polyolefin, colour black, adhesive acrylate (VHB), temperature resistance continuous -30 to +70°C (short term +95°C), foodstuff resistant, moisture resistant, UV resistant, ageing resistant, chemical and plasticizer resistant, dynamic tensile strength approx. 21 N/cm², max. static tensile strength and shear strength approx.160 g/cm², flammability test according to F.A.R. 25.853 (b-2) passed. Storage unprocessed 12 months shelf life at 20°C storage temperature and 50% relative humidity. Dual Lock is a patented pressure lock system from 3M (certified to ISO 9002).
