The Aerostat-XC2 ionizing unit neutralizes electrostatic charges at workstations and is suitable for cleanroom class 6 of ISO 14644-1. The lightweight ionizing unit is ideal for assembling circuit boards with electronic components, for the pharmaceutical industry - during the assembly and packaging of components - and for the assembly of optical components. The built-in two-stage fan has a heating element that can be switched on, allowing a pleasant air temperature to be achieved. High-voltage technology (AC alternating voltage technology) is the basis of ionization. The Aerostat XC2 offers a large area coverage, has an audible alarm, alarm LEDs, cleaning brushes for detector electrodes and an alarm output. The tabletop model also has extremely low maintenance costs and can be installed overhead. The ionizer meets the technical specifications according to DIN EN 61340-5.
