The PCT-100 Focus Pre-heater provides faster and more efficient heating for applications with high heat requirements, including lead-free applications. Used for SMT and through-hole hand processes, the PCT-100 utilizes convection air heating to heat a PCB first, allowing for better soldering, process control and increased productivity. The PCT-100 Focus Pre-heater increases the heat volume without increasing the temperature to perform placement tasks at the appropriate peak temperature without deforming the PCB.
