The JBC JTSE-2QB hot air soldering station is a powerful and precise solution for the repair and rework of SMD components, including complex QFPs and PLCCs. With a rated power of 700 W and a temperature range of 150°C to 450°C, it enables fast and safe desoldering. The airflow control from 5 to 50 SLPM ensures a smooth and controlled airflow, ideal for demanding applications.
An outstanding feature of the JTSE-2QB is the ability to store up to 25 temperature profiles. This allows the temperature and airflow parameters to be customized for different components and applications. The station has a digital temperature controller with push-button control, which enables precise setting and monitoring of the working parameters.
The integrated thermocouple interface (type K) enables precise temperature monitoring directly on the circuit board. This protects sensitive components from overheating and ensures safe and effective repairs. A USB-B port enables software updates and temperature profile management, while ESD safety qualifies the station for use in electrostatically protected areas.
The JTSE-2QB hot air station is supplied as standard with the JT-T2A hot air tool, which is equipped with three nozzles (Ø 4.0mm, Ø 6.0mm, Ø 8.0mm). The tool stand automatically detects when the tool is put down and activates standby mode to save energy and extend the life of the tool.
With compact dimensions of 148mm x 160mm x 230mm and a weight of 4.9kg, the JTSE-2QB is ideal for use in workshops with limited space. It offers a user-friendly interface that is available in multiple languages including English, German, Spanish and French.
