Essential for avoiding thermal shock on multilayer PCBs during rework.

It is used for preheating large format PCBAs such as communication boards, aircraft etc. and is ideal for repetitive soldering work. It has a heating surface of 510 x 610 mm with 6 independent working zones (255 x 203 mm) that can be switched on and off.

It has three working modes:
Power mode allows working at a fixed power level with the option to use a protective thermocouple.
Temperature mode keeps the PCB at a specific temperature, using a control thermocouple and an optional protection thermocouple.
Profile mode allows the heating rate of the PCBA to be controlled by using a control thermocouple and a protection thermocouple without exceeding the recommended limits for each application. It offers 22 customisable profiles.

Up to eight thermocouples can be connected, allowing the operator to work in any of the three working modes.
PHXLS Support adapts perfectly to any type of PCB thanks to its numerous adjustable components and its 3 adjustable distances of 28, 38 or 48 mm.
