Innovative solution for intelligent manual soldering
With the i-CON 1V MK2, ERSA has developed a soldering station that meets the requirements of higher working temperatures and the increasingly smaller process windows of lead-free soldering processes. The extremely small, lightweight, ergonomic and powerful i-Tool soldering iron makes a significant contribution to improved quality, productivity and an enormous reduction in operating costs.
ERSA filter devices can be connected to the i-Con 1V C MK2 version (with interface) so that the standby signal is transferred to the filter. This then shuts down at the same time as the station. You can also use the interface to connect and control a heating plate (e.g. 0IRHP100A-03).
The integrated Tip'N'Turn bayonet lock ensures quick and easy tip changes and also improves performance by 20-25% compared to the screw connection.
