The JBC precision hot air station JNA-2B sets new standards in SMD post-processing and is the ideal solution for high-precision soldering work on ultra-small components such as 01005 under the microscope. Thanks to its compact design - it is considered the smallest hot air station on the market - it enables work to be carried out in the tightest of spaces without affecting neighboring components.
With a temperature range of 150 to 450°C and a finely adjustable airflow of 0.15 to 2.5 SLPM, the JNA-2B offers maximum control for delicate SMD repairs. The two operating modes - manual and programmed - allow individual adjustments for different soldering requirements.
The integrated "Pick & Place" function, activated via the supplied pedal, enables precise positioning and removal of components. The station is also equipped with a vacuum pump, which supports the safe handling of small components.
In addition to the control unit, the scope of delivery also includes the NH-A hot air piston, the NAS stand, two hot air nozzles (Ø 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm), the T260 pick & place tool, curved needles, suction cups and the P-405 foot switch.
With a weight of 4.062kg and dimensions of 170×180×110mm, the JNA-2B is not only powerful, but also space-saving. The ESD-safe design and the USB-B interface for PC connection round off the profile of this professional hot air station.
