It is a complete system of preheater and PCB carrier for preheating large PCBs, such as communication boards, airplanes, etc., and ideal for repetitive soldering work. It offers a heating surface of 510 x 610 mm / 20.07 x 24 in. with 6 independent working zones (255 x 203 mm / 10.04 x 8 in) that can be switched on/off.

It has three working modes:

Power mode allows working at a fixed power level with the option to use a protection thermocouple.
Temperature mode keeps the PCB at a specific temperature, using a control thermocouple and optionally a protection thermocouple.
Profile mode allows you to control the heating rate of the PCBA by using a control thermocouple and a protection thermocouple without exceeding the recommended limits for each application. It offers 22 customizable profiles.

Up to eight thermocouples can be connected, allowing the operator to work in any of the three working modes.
PHXLS Support adapts perfectly to any type of PCB thanks to its many adjustable components and its 3 adjustable spacing positions 28, 38 or 48 mm / 1.1, 1.5 or 1.9 in.
