Multiaxial PCB support PSS-A for PCBs up to 130 x 130 mm

The JBC PSS-A PCB holder was developed for the precise fixing and alignment of PCBs up to 130 x 130 mm. With its versatile adjustment options, it facilitates repeatable soldering processes, repairs and assembly work on PCBs.

The holder allows horizontal rotation through 180° with four adjustable angle positions of 25°, 35°, 45° and 55°. In addition, the vertical axis can be swiveled, allowing the PCB to be flexibly positioned at different angles. This facilitates access to both sides of the PCB for SMD and THT soldering work.

For optimum coordination with the JBC PHSE preheater, the PSS-A has precisely aligned slots so that the same area of the PCB can be heated in a targeted manner. The holder offers two height settings of 75 mm and 96 mm, a maximum turning diameter of 300 mm and a PCB support area of 235 x 245 x 80 mm.

Thanks to its stable construction and flexible adjustability, the JBC PSS-A PCB holder is ideal for precise soldering work, assembly and electronic repairs, especially for repetitive processes with consistent PCB positioning.
