ESD extraction unit FAE1-2C for soldering fumes, 180 m³/h, 230 V

FAE1 is the most effective solution to avoid exposure to soldering fumes. FAE1 is only in operation during soldering and has a unique vacuum system integrated into the stand.
Each arm provides 80 m³/h of extraction, optimizing fume extraction for two workbenches . It exceeds industry standards and ensures higher air quality and compliance.
It consists of a FAE1110 pre-filter and a FAE1100 filter (HEPA H13 + carbon). This three-layer system achieves a certified efficiency of 99.95% when filtering soldering fumes and complies with the EN 1822 standard.
FAE1 can be controlled via JBC stations, a pedal, a robot system or a PC.
It has 3 predefined extraction levels: low, medium and high. It also has a user-defined mode in which the air flow can be set to a minimum value (10%) and a maximum value (100%).
